Interpretation of this Prohibited Use Policy
All terms used in this Prohibited Use Policy that are defined in the OTCN (OTCN) Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") will carry the same meaning and interpretation as in the Terms of Use.
If you are a customer or user of our services, this Prohibited Use Policy applies in conjunction with any other terms of business or contractual documents, including but not limited to agreements we may have with you.
Your OTCN account must not be used in any way that violates public interests, public morals, or the legitimate rights of others. This includes actions that interfere with, disrupt, negatively impact, or prevent other users from using OTCN Services.
Abuse of Services
The misuse of OTCN Services that leads to degradation or disruption in service quality, or that interferes with other users' experiences, is strictly prohibited. This includes activities that violate laws and regulations or that are harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or insulting. Such activities may also violate the legal rights of others. Examples include promoting, facilitating, generating, or distributing spam, or generating content for deceptive or fraudulent activities such as scams, phishing, or malware.
Financial Misconduct
Fraudulent transactions, trading in banned goods (e.g., narcotics or controlled substances), or any other items that pose a risk to consumer safety are strictly forbidden. This includes products that promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activities, the sale of goods and services that are illegally imported or exported, stolen goods (including digital and virtual goods), regulated products like tobacco and e-cigarettes, age-restricted items or services, weapons and munitions, money laundering, funding terrorist activities, or any other forms of financial irregularities on the platform.
False Representation
Impersonating any person or entity, claiming false affiliations, or gaining unauthorized access to others' accounts is strictly prohibited.
Violation of Export Control Laws The platform must not be used to violate any jurisdiction's export control laws or regulations. This includes participating in prohibited trade activities with sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals.
Actions Affecting Public Interest
Using the platform for activities that harm the public interest is not allowed. This includes actions that could harm society, spread misinformation, or negatively affect societal welfare.
Violation of Public Morals
Any activity that violates public morals is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, creating, distributing, or possessing obscene or sexually explicit materials, adult content and services, or child sexual abuse material. This encompasses any content, materials, or information related to the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
Promotion of Hate
Any form of promoting hate, discrimination, or violence, including hate speech based on race, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law, is prohibited.
Gambling
Violations of this Prohibited Use Policy are considered serious offenses. OTCN reserves the right to take appropriate action against offenders, including termination or suspension of access to OTCN services, or pursuing legal action if necessary.
